As a Staffing Supervisor and Workers' Compensation case handler, Susan Owen maintains great relationships with clients and employees alike. Susan became part of the team at Anderson & Associates in 1997, and thoroughly enjoys working in the community of Chico. Successfully placing great employees with great employers is one of the many highlights of her job, and she does this well.

Susan graduated from California State University, Chico with a BA in Recreation Administration. Attending Chico State connected her with the community, and her concern for the community has been a professional asset in the process of bridging relationships between employees and employers. Susan has been an active member of the Butte College Advisory Board since 2003, and part of the Enloe Occupational Health Advisory Committee.

Living in Northern California allows her to enjoy life outdoors. Horseback riding, running and gardening are some of her favorite things to do outside of the office.
