Creating connections with others is second nature to Jim Pampillonia. It is not difficult to become acquainted with Jim’s friendly disposition when you walk through the door of Anderson & Associates. Since 2006, he has provided Anderson & Associates with his customer service expertise. One thing Jim especially enjoys about his work is the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life.

Originally from New York, Jim attended Sullivan County Community College, where he studied business. He then proceeded to work in New York City’s hotel business for several years. Relocating to Chico allowed Jim the ability to escape from the “urban jungle” and settle into a quieter community. Along with this change, he has come to appreciate working in the staffing industry. He particularly enjoys being part of the great team at Anderson & Associates!
