Jennifer Miltner has been placing quality employees in the Chico area since 1997. In addition to her skillful ability to place employees, she has a keen knowledge of current HR and labor law issues and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources. She provides exceptional services with a high level of professionalism. It shouldn’t be surprising that the most rewarding part of Jennifer’s job comes from successfully placing employees in a position.

Jennifer earned a BA in History from California State University, Chico, and is an active member of the Chico community. She has a true concern for Chico and its surrounding areas, and has been involved in several community organizations over the years. She served the Chico Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador from 1997 - 2003, and was honored with the Ambassador of the Year award in 2002. Additionally, she has been involved with Enloe Partners for Health Care for several years, and is an active volunteer at the Alzheimer's Association annual Memory Walk.

In addition to her work at Anderson & Associates, Jennifer appreciates her leisure time outside of work. She especially enjoys reading, and spending time outdoors.
