Donna Engstrom has worked with Anderson & Associates in various capacities since 1988. The supportive and positive work environment found at Anderson & Associates has proved to be one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

Donna knows the community of Chico well. She is a native Northern California resident, and attended Shasta College and Butte College. Anderson & Associates, Inc. has benefited from her expertise in the staffing industry, through her consistent presence with the company.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves going to the movies, and reading good books. Additionally, she and her husband are their son’s #1 fans at his basketball games. Donna also enjoys walking in Bidwell Park and traveling with her family.
