What services do you offer?
Anderson & Associates offers a variety of hiring options to meet your needs…  

  1. Temporary Staffing – Temporary staffing allows your business to bring in employees to meet peak seasonal demands, special projects, vacation coverage, sick leave or unexpected demands. We provide the skills you need and handle all the responsibilities of payroll, unemployment and Social Security taxes, workers' compensation, fidelity and liability insurance and unemployment claims.
  2. Direct-Hire -  We handle the recruiting, screening, interviewing, skills testing and reference checking providing you with qualified candidates to interview.
  3. Temp-to-Hire Placement – This method gives an employer the opportunity to observe an employee’s job performance before offering employment with their firm.  The most common method is to maintain the temporary employee on our payroll for 90 days.   
  4. Employer resources including salary surveys and labor law information are available for our clients.
  5. Skills assessments and certifications are conducted by appointment.

What are your fees?
Our fees vary, depending upon your choice of hiring options.  Temporary Staffing costs are billed on an hourly basis.  The hourly bill rate is based upon the level of skill and experience required, length of assignment, as well the Workers’ Compensation Classification. Direct-Hire Placements are based on a percentage of the annual salary.   For more information about our fees, please contact us at 530-891-1955.

Do you provide a guarantee?

Yes, we do.  Anderson & Associates offers a 90-day guarantee for all Direct-Hire Placements.  If you are not satisfied with the placement, or if our placement leaves the position within 90 days of hire, Anderson & Associates will replace the employee at no additional cost.

Our Temporary employees are also guaranteed.  If you are not satisfied with a temporary employee and you notify our office within the first four hours of an assignment, we will replace the temporary employee and you will not be invoiced for the first four hours. 

What is your screening process?
Our applicant-screening process includes a detailed application, in-depth interview, skills assessments, reference checks, and when appropriate, drug screening, physical exams, and criminal background investigations.
