Payment of Wages Earned

Our pay period runs from Monday through Sunday. Our employees are paid on Thursday, following the week they worked. If Anderson & Associates, Inc. observes a holiday on a Thursday, the pay procedure for that holiday week will be posted in advance.

Paychecks are either mailed or held in our office for pick-up. Each Timecard has a mail or hold option at the bottom of the card. If you forget to mark the mail option on your Timecard, your check will automatically be held. Checks are mailed on Wednesday and are usually received by Friday. We cannot guarantee the delivery date of your check once it has been mailed. If you choose to have your check mailed, you must wait one week before a duplicate will be generated. Held checks are available to pick up in our office beginning Thursday at 8:00 a.m.

You may authorize another individual to pick-up your check.
This individual must complete a Paycheck Authorization Form or provide Anderson & Associates, Inc. with a written, dated, signed note from you expressing your authorization. The individual that you authorize to pick up your check must bring a picture I.D. with them so that their identity can be verified by our staff.

It is your responsibility to notify Anderson & Associates, Inc. if you do not receive or have questions regarding your paycheck.

To change your withholding status or exemptions, fill out a new
W-4 form and turn it in to our office.
- If your address or telephone number changes please fill out a change of address form or call our office immediately.
