Job Title:	QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGER
Job Description:	Plans, directs, oversees, and improves quality systems and processes throughout the entire organization. Provides direction, influence, and support to process improvement teams and individuals for the develoment, implementation, and continuous improvement of all quality systems.
Skills Required:	B.S. in Engineering/Technical, Manufacturing, Quality, or related discipline. Minimum of 10 years in Quality Systems Management. Possess excellent managerial, leadership and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to teach, coach, implement and maintain quality programs. Must be able to communicate at all levels in the organization via oral and written reports. Trained in Six Sigma, Lean and/or ISO. Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ Management PREFERRED but not required.
Type of Position:	Salaried, full time.
Pay Rate:	Up to $75,000 base plus annual bonus
